Introduction to Huaqiangsheng Electronics: The characteristics of a 10G network transformer are good or bad, and the stability of the final product network transmission depends most importantly on the high-frequency parameters of the product. The final decisive influence comes from the product line package. After years of production practice and continuous research and development investment, the production methods of 10G line packages have continuously changed, developing into various schools and schemes. In addition to the double hole ring scheme that the company has recorded a long time ago (see previous articles), it has also gradually developed into the following two increasingly simple 10G line package schemes. This is a brief record for archival purposes

Option 1: 8-line large loop and 4-line small loop solution

Plan description: This plan is the PuSi 10G plan, and H7108/7008/7109 all use this plan

1、 The earliest 10 Gigabit Ethernet card designed by PuSi corresponds to the product 7008 (corresponding to our company's G82408S), with an 8-wire process and a wire diameter of 0.08, and weak POE capability. The process is complicated and the unit price is relatively expensive, but the network parameters are good, suitable for use with 10 Gigabit network cards.

2、 In order to increase the POE function of the product, 7108 (corresponding to our company's G82418S) was developed, using a 4-wire process with a wire diameter of 0.127 and a POE of 600MA, resulting in a loss of some high-frequency network parameters. Mainly suitable for use with VALANS extenders, with advantages such as lower cost, increased POE, and availability of network cards. Compared to 7008, it is better, but 7008 has been discontinued

3、 By retaining relatively good network parameters, adopting an 8-wire process with a wire diameter of 0.08, and adopting a more suitable line structure for POE, 7109 was developed POE can exceed 30W 500MA

Option 2, 6-line large ring, 3-line small ring scheme

Scheme description: This scheme is a BEL scheme

Comparatively speaking, Scheme 1 has better characteristics than Scheme 2, reflected in the IR value of 400-500M

7019 is mainly used with Valens as an extender, matrix~

7019 has better network parameters than 7108 and can be used in network communication, extenders, and matrices, but it is more expensive than 7108
